Policy

DEPOSIT

• Deposit: A deposit is REQUIRED for all bookings and may vary based on service price.

RIGHT TO REFUSE POLICY

• We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct, tardiness, no-shows, or any appropriate situation.

CARD ON FILE POLICY

• We require a valid card on file for ALL appointments. This is a placeholder for your appointment and WILL NOT be charged UNLESS you violate the cancellation/rescheduling or no-show policies.

LATE POLICY

• If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment is subject to rescheduling.
• If your service is 15 minutes or less and you are more than 5 minutes late, your appointment is subject to rescheduling.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

• A fee of 25% for cancellations and reschedules not made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged to the card on file, or a fee will be added to your account. This includes rebooking within 24 hours.

NO-SHOW POLICY

• A fee of 50% of your service for no-shows will be charged to the card on file, or a fee will be added to your account.

REFUND POLICY

• All gift cards, packages, services, and product sales are final.
